Privacy and cookies
What we keep about you, why, and how to get rid of it.

Who we are
Titan's Trail is a Minecraft server run by a small volunteer team. We are responsible for the data on this website, the Titan's Trail Discord bot and the game server. To reach us about your data, open a ticket in our Discord or message a member of staff there.
What we keep
- Your Discord account ID, when you sign in here or use the bot. We never see your Discord password or email.
- Your Minecraft name and UUID, once you link your accounts with
/link. - Your character as the game server reports it: class, level, guild, skills and Codex progress.
- Your privacy switches (all off until you turn them on).
- What you write or press: bug reports, suggestions, replies, guides, votes and event RSVPs.
- Staff actions are logged (who did what, and when) so moderation can be checked later.
We don't keep your IP address. Our host, Cloudflare, sees it to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, and keeps short-lived logs under its own privacy policy.
Why
- To link your Minecraft and Discord accounts and run the features you use (party finder, tickets, events, guides). We need the data to provide them.
- To show you off (leaderboards, public profile, milestone posts, Discord roles), only if you turned that switch on. That is your consent, and you can take it back at any time on your account page.
- To keep the server and community safe: staff logs and anti-abuse checks.
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking of any kind.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both needed for signing in, so there is nothing to accept or decline:
tt_sessionkeeps you signed in. It lasts 7 days, or until you sign out.tt_stateprotects the Discord sign-in from forgery. It lasts 10 minutes.
The site also stores one small note in your browser (session storage) so pages slide the right way when you go back. It never leaves your browser.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and its database.
- Discord handles sign-in, and receives what you post through the bot.
- mc-heads.net draws the Minecraft head pictures. Our server fetches them, not your browser, so it only ever sees which Minecraft UUID is being shown, never you.
These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Your character data is replaced each time the game reports it. Tickets and guides stay after you delete your data, but without your name or Discord ID.
Your rights
You can see your data on your account page, change what is shown with the privacy switches, and delete everything with Delete my data (Account, Settings). Deleting removes your link, your character data, your privacy choices, your votes and RSVPs, and takes your name off your tickets and guides. For a copy of your data, a correction, or anything the button doesn't cover, ask us in Discord. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Age
You must be at least 13 to use this site or our Discord, the same as Discord's own minimum (older in some countries).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and post it in Discord.
